DIY Dyneema Lifelines Workshop

Ready to level up your boat maintenance skills? Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to create your own Dyneema^® lifelines.

Whether you’re looking to upgrade your boat’s rigging, save money on marine hardware, or just want to know how this super-strong synthetic wonder works, this workshop is for you. We’ll walk through the entire process step-by-step, and by the end of the session, you’ll have the skills and confidence to make custom lifelines for your own vessel.

No prior experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

We will use the following materials. If you have your own please bring it, otherwise we will have a few to share:
– Fid or splicing kit
– Measuring tape
– Small cutting board
– Sharp knife
– Your own 6mm Dyneema line (we will have enough for everyone)
– Lifeline Hardware

This workshop is perfect for sailors who love the satisfaction of DIY projects and want to add another practical skill to their toolkit. Let’s start splicing!

This is a women only event.

Space is limited to 20 people.
